Heat Pump Fault Finder AU

Installers and owners

Add a real fault display or model plate

Clear equipment photos help another owner compare the characters on a controller and confirm where an exact model number sits. Approved photos carry the business or contributor credit you supply.

1 · Photograph

Keep the frame equipment-only

Photograph the lit fault display or the plate attached to the water heater. Exclude faces, reflections of people, street details, house numbers and loose paperwork.

2 · Private review

Metadata stripped before storage

The upload service removes the browser filename, EXIF and location metadata. Every image begins in private storage and uncertain privacy results stay private permanently.

3 · Credit

Name shown only on approval

A high-confidence equipment-only pass can appear with the exact credit below it. Contribution does not enrol the named business in leads, advertising or email.

Submit equipment photos

Model number is required so an approved photo can be matched to the right page. A fault code is optional for a model-plate-only contribution. Do not upload customer invoices, job sheets, identity documents or photos you are not authorised to share.

Photo context and credit

This exact name will appear beside each approved photo. Owners may use their own name or a simple label such as “Brisbane owner”.

Copy the model from the attached data plate. Do not guess from the unit shape.

Copy every letter, number and symbol exactly as shown on the controller.

Attach up to 3 JPEG, PNG, WebP or HEIC images, no more than 10MB each. Frame only the controller, attached plate or unit. Keep people, addresses, number plates and paperwork out.
