Reclaim is a multi-component system, so collect more than one identifier. The V2 installation manual says the tank label must remain clearly visible and asks installers to photograph all system components and record the controller serial number for warranty and service issues. The mapped products carry full identifiers such as REHP-CO2-160GL-V2 or REHP-CO2-315SST-V2. Preserve the terminal V2; removing it creates a controller-generation ambiguity that the manual itself warns about. Photograph the heat pump, tank label and external controller without opening the heat-pump casing or seeking the internal PCB display.

The V2 source distinguishes the user-facing external controller from the small display on the heat-pump PCB. It says an external-controller error has a corresponding label on the PCB display and explains that a controller code without a PCB indication can suggest a controller or communication issue. The PCB is technician-facing and may be behind an enclosure; owners should report the external display and leave internal access to qualified personnel. Tell support which interface produced each observation. Treating both labels as one raw code would erase the manual’s diagnostic relationship and could send a lookup into the wrong namespace.

Table 11 begins on PDF page 23 and continues on page 24, pairing external-controller errors with heat-pump PCB labels and documented troubleshooting context. Sixteen codes pass the literal-source and dual-review publication rules. Some rows contain technician actions, so this site paraphrases those only as non-DIY “official manual” context when an anchored quote supports it. An owner’s useful task is to record the external code, operating circumstances and model suffix. If support asks for a PCB value, have an authorised technician obtain it rather than removing covers near electrical or refrigeration components.

V1, V1.1 and V2 are explicitly different

Reclaim’s manual includes a comparison of three controller generations. It documents changes in communication connection, controller compatibility and V2 behavior, including RJ45 and Modbus distinctions. This is direct evidence that a non-V2 model cannot be treated as V2 through identifier similarity. The source names thirteen V2 model combinations that are mapped here; legacy V1/V1.1 systems and V2-looking combinations absent from that scope remain unmapped. When the plate omits V2, the honest result is controller ambiguity, with covered sibling links for orientation—not permission to apply the V2 error table.

Reclaim’s form collects the evidence a claim needs

Reclaim Energy’s official after-sales page provides the warranty-claim form and lists the requested evidence: purchase invoice or installation record, issue images, installed product, address, displayed error code, installer and a detailed description. It also publishes the customer phone and email route. Reclaim separately recommends warranty registration for efficient processing. Assemble the tank and controller identifiers, V2 suffix, code photograph and documentation before lodging the form. Because component age, controller generation and installation records matter, do not assume a code meaning alone decides whether the eventual service work falls within warranty.

The V2 record is detailed; legacy equivalence is not public

The captured Issue 15 manual publicly provides named V2 system combinations, photographs and connection distinctions for controller generations, the external-to-PCB code relationship, and anchored code rows. Reclaim’s live site adds a structured claim channel. That evidence is rich enough for exact V2 pages but expressly undermines a generic all-generation dictionary. Public material reviewed here does not map legacy REHP combinations to Table 11, and an owner cannot safely derive PCB observations by opening equipment. The guide therefore makes V2 specificity prominent and describes unavailable legacy mappings as a documented controller difference rather than a missing editorial shortcut.
