Neopower heat pump fault-code guide

Neopower’s NA31/NA32, NA37 and Black Shield products have different captured evidence quality, which controls whether their visible display codes can be published.

Evidence reviewed . 6 of 18 registered Neopower models currently have an evidence-backed code mapping.

Preserve NA model letters and serial labels

Read the permanent rating label and copy the complete NA code. The captured sources scope NA31-210A and NA32-260A together, give NA37-315A its own manual, and place NA43-210B, NA44-270B and NA45-320B in the Black Shield publication. Neopower’s warranty conditions require original serial numbers or rating labels to remain present and treat removed or defaced serial tags as a warranty issue. A clear label photograph is therefore part of both lookup and claim preparation. Do not collapse the final A or B; it separates the older text-backed displays from the Black Shield evidence family.

Integrated controllers versus Black Shield touchscreen

NA31/NA32 and NA37 manuals describe an integrated digital controller with operating parameters, modes and a visible error display. Their controller chapters are substantially text-extractable. Black Shield uses a colour touchscreen interface documented in a newer, largely scanned manual. Owners should photograph the whole display and the NA label before changing menus, especially on Black Shield where icons and formatting supply visual context not recoverable from the captured text layer. These interfaces are evidence families in their own right; a code must stay attached to the controller on which it actually appeared.

Sixteen publishable rows and a quarantined scanned table

The NA31/NA32 and NA37 manuals each expose a text-backed error table on PDF page 29. The shared rows can be checked against literal page text and are published only for models named by those manuals. Black Shield page 25 visibly contains a much larger fault and protection table, but the captured PDF provides no reliable literal text anchors for its rows. Those candidates remain quarantined instead of being transcribed into public results without verification. A Black Shield owner should record the screen and use Neopower support; absence from this site does not mean the indication is imaginary or harmless.

The A-series evidence is not a Black Shield mapping

NA31-210A and NA32-260A share one captured instruction set, while NA37-315A has a parallel manual and the same verified sixteen-row display set. Black Shield’s NA43/NA44/NA45 B models instead have a touchscreen and a separate scanned source. Neopower also markets split and rooftop systems, but neither the all-in-one model prefix nor a familiar interface proves controller commonality across those ranges. This site therefore maps only the exact manuals’ named models. Capacity numbers such as 210 or 260 are never used as aliases because the family letters and controller generation carry the meaningful compatibility information.

Contact Neopower with original identification intact

Neopower’s official Australian site publishes its national contact details and routes owners into the current product range; the Black Shield page directs readers to the full warranty terms or the team. The captured NA manuals say installation, commissioning and service must be performed by licensed professionals and set conditions around original serial labels and approved work. Before calling, assemble the exact NA model, serial, installation and purchase records, controller photograph and symptom timeline. Ask Neopower to identify the applicable policy for that product family, since warranty periods and component treatment differ across all-in-one, Black Shield, split and rooftop offerings.

Neopower demonstrates why capture quality matters

Neopower publicly supplies manuals for all three reviewed all-in-one families, yet those files are not equally auditable. The NA31/NA32 and NA37 sources expose literal controller and code text, enabling page-anchored publication. The Black Shield PDF preserves the document and its visible table but yields almost no text, so its rows cannot satisfy the site’s independent anchor rule. No public controller statement covers the many other Neopower registry identifiers. The resulting boundary is deliberately transparent: verified A-family codes render, Black Shield evidence is retained but withheld, and unsupported models point to official contact rather than receiving guessed meanings.
